Natural Resources Institute (NRI)

NRI’s mission is to provide distinctive, high quality and relevant research, consultancy, training and advice in support of sustainable development, economic growth and poverty reduction. Sustainable water management is a critical component of development for all societies, and is one focus area for the Livelihoods and Institutions Group at NRI (www.nri.org/water). Staff from the Livelihoods and Institutions Group including Mike Morris are actively involved in the MUS Group.

Other focus areas for NRI are: Enterprise, Finance and Trade; Sustainable Agriculture; Food Safety; Land and Water; and Plant, Animal and Human Health.
