WINROCK discussion forum

On 26 April 2006 in Washington DC WINROCK international organised a discussion forum on ‘Policies and Management for Multiple Uses of Water’ involving international and US-based agencies. The meeting focused on the potential of irrigation and domestic water programmes to support small-scale productive activities like home gardening, livestock and micro-enterprises.
